Notes:
1. Unless otherwise listed above, evening and Saturday classes examinations are to be administered during the examination week, during the regularly scheduled class time, and in the usual classroom.
2. If a final examination, comprehensive or not, is part of a class requirements, it must be given only during the final examination week according to the schedule above. Final examinations administered earlier than the appointed time, either during the prior week or during the final examination Week, are not permitted.
We ask for your complete cooperation by adhering strictly to this schedule for all class examinations. Appeals for any changes should be sent to the University Registrar.
3. Courses that have been approved for block examinations will have their exams on Monday-Thursday from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or Monday and Tuesday from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. so as to minimize conflicts with other class examinations. Only courses in which all sections have agreed to participate in a common examination at a common time are eligible for block examination scheduling.
4. Examinations will be held in the regular classroom unless students are otherwise notified.
5. Online Class Grading is available between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight.
6. Any student having three examinations on one day can request postponement or reassignment of one of them provided it can be worked out with the instructor of one of the courses in question.
7. The examination schedule does not apply to graduate and in-service classes that meet once a week, usually in the late afternoon (4:00 p.m. or later) and are largely attended by part-time students. Final examinations in these classes are to be given during the examination week during the regular class time and in the usual classroom.
